a)      Aging Infrastructure and Board
Need to have new members who are willing to be trained or already possess knowledge and skills to keep the Board of Directors going
Predictive Maintenance Schedule needs to be created for future infrastructure repairs
b)      Utility Services
Fire Marshal Letter, Maintenance, and discussion on well storage tank project
New Lead and Copper EPA Rule
      Requires all supply line materials to be identified
c)      Mossman and Associates
Very generous donations to the association on the not-for-profit side of the company and presentation on a new electric Smart Panels and cone monitoring system presentation
d)      Open positions – Treasurer, Project Manager, Vice President, and 2 members – Tricia Pintar
