Water should be restored in approximately 20 minutes.
Issues with yards identified
There is an issue at the sheila well booster pump and a float issue at madre mesa. The repairs are under way. No ETA for restoration, yet.
The wells are down and the cause is being identified. We are all without water, once the issue is known, it will be repaired. Updates will be provided as we are able.

Two water samples were collected in December from the HILLCREST MANOR WATER USERS ASSOCIATION WELL 1B MADRE MESA (Sample DW069) and WELL 2B SHEILA (Sample DW070) on behalf of NDEP. The laboratory analytical report is attached. Sample DW069 did not contain reportable concentrations of PFAS compounds. Sample DW070 contained reportable concentrations of PFAS compounds. The Field Reagent Blank sample (DW070-FRB) collected at the same time and location as sample DW070 did not contain reportable concentrations of PFAS compounds indicating that sample collection procedures and field conditions did not adversely affect sample quality. The other samples in the attached report are from different sites.
