HMWUA manages the water distribution system and utilizes Utility Services for maintenance, water testing, and repairs. ​

Leak or Water Waste Reporting

Follow the water schedule days as directed by the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Group B. Keep the water on your lawn and in your yard. If you see a leak or water running down the road, report it to Utility Services or contact a board member. Selling or Purchased a home in the Community

If you plan to sell your property or are in the process of purchasing a property in the community, the CCR's and well water information can be obtained under News and Reports, or the Contact Us tab
