Dear Property Owner and Residents: Our annual meeting is going to be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, 7pm at 5541 Sheila Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89108. We have many important items to discuss. The Water Storage Tank Replacement project and timeline The Infrastructure and Upcoming projects and Costs. We also need to have additional volunteers with specific talents to help keep our Board and the Water Association going for the future. These are volunteer positions, not paid. Please let us know if you are willing to lend your time and talents to continue the legacy of our Water Association. The Board will present the current issues, finances, and then open for questions and concerns. Thank you, Hillcrest Manor Water Users Association Board Estimados propietarios y residentes: Nuestra reunión anual se llevará a cabo el martes 9 de enero de 2024 a las 7 p.m. en 5541 Sheila Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89108. November 2023 Maintenance Report
Wednesday December 13 and Thursday December 14, 2023 water will be draining down Sheila Ave and Madre Mesa towards Michael Way, from the Sheila well yard due to an emergency equipment replacement.
